Last Updated: 13 August 2026

Welcome to AnyHelp. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AnyHelp website, mobile application, and services. By accessing or using AnyHelp, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About AnyHelp

AnyHelp is a platform that helps users in Ireland find, request, and book handyman and home-related services. AnyHelp may connect users with independent service providers who perform the requested work.

2. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain AnyHelp features. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials secure.

You must notify AnyHelp if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Booking Services

Users can request and book available handyman services through AnyHelp. Service availability, pricing, estimated duration, and appointment times may vary depending on the service provider and location.

A booking may be subject to confirmation by the relevant service provider.

4. Service Providers

Handyman and other service providers may operate as independent professionals. AnyHelp facilitates connections between users and service providers but does not necessarily employ or directly supervise every provider.

Service providers are responsible for carrying out the agreed work professionally and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Pricing and Payments

Prices may vary depending on the service, location, materials required, duration, and other relevant factors.

Where payment is processed through AnyHelp, users agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable charges.

Any additional charges should be communicated to the user where reasonably possible before additional work is carried out.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Users may cancel or reschedule bookings subject to the cancellation terms applicable to the particular service.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the scheduled appointment.

AnyHelp reserves the right to apply reasonable cancellation or no-show charges where applicable.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking and contact information.

  • Provide reasonable access to the property when required.

  • Ensure the service provider can safely perform the requested work.

  • Treat service providers respectfully.

  • Not use AnyHelp for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

  • Inform AnyHelp of any relevant safety or access requirements before the appointment.

8. Service Issues and Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact AnyHelp as soon as possible with your booking details and a description of the issue.

We may review the complaint and, where appropriate, work with the user and service provider to resolve the matter.

9. Property and Personal Belongings

Users are responsible for securing valuable or fragile belongings before a service appointment.

AnyHelp may not be responsible for loss or damage resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from the user's failure to provide appropriate instructions or information.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Provide false or misleading information.

  • Attempt to misuse or interfere with the AnyHelp platform.

  • Use AnyHelp for illegal activities.

  • Attempt to bypass applicable booking or payment processes.

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse service providers or other users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AnyHelp will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable Irish law.

12. Platform Availability

AnyHelp aims to keep its platform available and reliable but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may temporarily suspend or modify the platform for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or other operational requirements.

13. Privacy

Your use of AnyHelp is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

14. Changes to These Terms

AnyHelp may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be made available through the AnyHelp platform.

Your continued use of AnyHelp after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, where permitted by law.
